About This Coffee
FARM LA CUMBRE
Palermo, Huila (Colombia)
2,000 MASL
This lot is a dual varietal blend, with each coffee processed separately to preserve its identity. Papayo, bringing tropical, juicy, fruit-forward notes, and Etiope, adding depth and structure with hints of cacao and vanilla.
The Etiope underwent an extended 500+ hour fermentation, developing a rich, liquor-like profile, while Papayo enhances brightness and acidity. Blended together, they create a balanced, expressive cup.
This coffee was selected among the TOP 3 coffees of 2025 in Huila. It reflects a remarkable balance of craft, innovation, and origin. With notes of tropical fruits, cacao, and chocolate, it opens bright and juicy, evolving into a deeper, more complex cup as it cools.
