About This Coffee
This Pink Bourbon comes from Santa Elena Farm in Acevedo, Huila, grown at 1,650+ MASL by producer Carlos Vergara, a region recognized for its elegant and expressive coffees.

This lot is washed and co-fermented, meaning the fermentation stage is carefully guided and controlled to enhance the coffee’s natural characteristics.
Co-fermentation allows selected microorganisms and precise conditions to elevate floral aromas, sweetness, and clarity already present in the Pink Bourbon varietal.
The result is a cup that feels soft, tea-like, and refined, with delicate notes of jasmine, honey, lemongrass, and bright citrus, supported by a juicy, silky body.
By combining a rare varietal with a thoughtfully executed fermentation, this coffee represents a balance of innovation, craftsmanship, and origin, a truly exotic expression of Huila.
What does co-fermented mean?
Co-fermentation is a controlled fermentation process where microbial activity is carefully managed to enhance a coffee’s natural flavors. When done properly, it increases complexity and elegance without introducing artificial taste.
