High elevation, volcanic soils, and a mild climate allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing greater sweetness and complexity in the cup.

This coffee is grown by Eleonor and Gerardo Rodríguez, small-scale coffee farmers deeply connected to their land and traditions. Each harvest reflects generations of knowledge, dedication, and care passed down through their family.
