Job Overview

At Cielito Paradise, we believe in coffee made with intention, work done with love, and service that feels like family.

As a Barista / Cashier, you’ll be a key part of the Cielito experience — crafting drinks with care, connecting with guests, and keeping the positive energy flowing.

This is a dynamic, rotating role where you’ll move between:

  • Barista: preparing high-quality coffee with precision and pride
  • Cashier: welcoming guests, taking orders, and creating memorable experiences
  • Support: helping keep the bar organized and running smoothly

Whether full-time or part-time, you’ll represent the story behind our coffee every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and signature beverages following Cielito recipes and standards
  • Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for service
  • Greet every guest with a smile and make them feel like part of our family
  • Support your teammates — we win together
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality standards

These responsibilities reflect the core duties of the role but are not limited to these tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support store operations.

Skills & What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Detail-oriented mindset — quality matters here
  • Previous barista experience required

Hours

  • Full-Time: ~36 hours per week
  • Part-Time: ~22 hours per week

Shifts may include:

  • Opening (starting at 6:30 am)
  • Mid-shift
  • Closing (up to 5:30 pm)
