All Cielito Paradise customers have the right to return an order as long as its within 14 days from receiving the order.  However, please do note that return for refunds are only accepted if the product in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when received.  Return labels are not provided and customers would need to return at their own expense.  However, we really want to do our best and provide experience so if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are any errors in your order, please contact us at hello@cielitoparadise.com within 14 days of receiving your order.  We are more than happy to explore and see if there is something else you'd like or issue a refund.
