Marlon represents a new generation of Colombian coffee excellence. In his early thirties, he has built a reputation for creating outstanding flavor profiles that showcase not only Colombia, but the very best of Huila on the world stage. 

This coffee was carefully selected and processed to create a specialty-grade decaffeinated experience without compromising flavor. Expect a smooth, creamy cup with notes of dulce de leche and caramel, layered with subtle fruity sweetness that adds depth and balance.

Grown at 1,720 MASL on La Reserva Farm, this coffee proves that decaf can be complex, elegant, and truly world-class.

Decaffeination & Transparency: This coffee undergoes a natural decaffeination process using fresh mountain water and sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate, preserving flavor while gently removing caffeine. Laboratory analysis confirms that 97% of the caffeine is removed, resulting in a final caffeine content of just 0.034%. Clean, safe, and carefully controlled — this process allows the coffee’s natural sweetness and complexity to shine. 

Caffeine Content: Approximately 6 mg of caffeine per 18 g brew, offering the comfort of coffee with minimal stimulation.
