This single-origin Castillo coffee is grown in the highlands of Pital, Huila, Colombia, at approximately 1,720 meters above sea level, on Farm La Floresta—an altitude known for producing balanced, expressive coffees.
Grown by Eleonor and Gerardo Rodríguez, small-scale coffee farmers deeply connected to their land and traditions, each harvest reflects generations of knowledge and care. The combination of high elevation, volcanic soils, and a mild climate allows the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing greater sweetness and complexity.
